Characteristics

The Côtes du Rhône appellation covers 41,200 hectares in six departments. Saint-Esprit is a blend of white grapes from the right bank of the Rhone.

Grapevine:

Grenache blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc and Viognier.

Exposure: south

Vinification:

to preserve balance, freshness and finesse, the wines do not undergo malolactic fermentation.

They are stored in stainless steel tanks until bottling, which takes place after light filtration.

Tasting notes:

It is golden straw in color with green highlights. On the nose, the bouquet is expressed in a register of flowers and yellow fruits, shaded with some exotic and citrus touches. On the palate, this “lively” wine seduces with its freshness and creaminess.
