Each Canton Estate batch is a marriage of the finest ingredients carefully selected from different parts of the world, combined to create a perfectly balanced flavor. Ginger Liqueur is a unique ginger liqueur.

GLOBAL TASTES
Every ingredient for Canton Estate has been meticulously mined. Ginger, revered for centuries for its health and mystical properties, is selected from Asia. Baby ginger is used solely for its aromatic properties and viscosity. It is cut by hand, rinsed and left to dry for several days in preparation for being combined with the general recipe. In addition, hand-selected vanilla pods and Provençal honey are extracted and added to the recipe in accurate amounts. The result is an exceptionally delicious and balanced flavor.

THE COGNAC
TRADITION
French distillers have been perfecting the art of creating premium spirits for centuries. Baby Ginger has been meticulously prepared at the St. Dalfour distillery in France, where it is macerated with a clear, crisp distillate known as water of life, or “Water of Life.” It is then blended with French Cognac, distilled in the Aquatain region of southeastern France, an area famous for producing Cognac and Bordeaux wines. By combining ginger and the mix of ingredients from the long-standing traditions of fine French Cognac, this unique French ginger liqueur is born.

SMALL LOTS.
A fourth-generation Master Distiller oversees the production of each Canton-owned batch to ensure that the blending of flavors, brandy and cognac is done with the utmost care. Each batch is tested and tested before being approved to ensure that each bottle is of the highest quality. Domaine de Canton is produced without preservatives, additives or dyes, which results in subtle color variations in each batch.
