Domaine Pierre Labet is synonymous with tradition and deep roots in Burgundy, with a history dating back more than 500 years. Currently led by François Labet, the domaine engages in vineyard care using massed selections from old Premier Cru vineyards such as Coucherias de Beaune. Agronomic management is marked by the limited use of copper, sulfur and biodynamic preparations to best express the typicality of each individual vineyard.
