Etna Rosso is made from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes from both young and old vineyards that do not exceed 60 quintals per hectare. Grapes of the highest quality.
After fermentation-maceration, the wine continues its life in wood until bottling, about a year after harvest. Even in its youth it is a wine of great distinction. Fresh, fragrant, elegantly streamlined and rightly tannic, it has its own natural lordliness. In aging, as its texture gathers in richness and complexity, it reveals its finesse: a gentleman’s wine.
