Etna Rosso DOC Federico Graziani 2018 cl 75
New vineyards located on the northern slope, within the production area of the Etna DOC appellation of origin, in a district of excellence that boasts a winemaking tradition of more than two thousand years.
It is from sandy, skeleton-rich soils that Etna Rosso is born, a wine that speaks the language of its land and embodies its spirit. A pure taste of authenticity.
Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio
Vinification and aging
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maturation in stainless steel for 12 months, aging 6 months in bottle.
Ruby red color, transparent and brilliant.
Fragrant on the nose, it opens with notes of red fruit, strawberries and raspberries wrapped in a citrusy freshness of tangerine and a pleasantly mineral undertone. Closes a chocolate feeling
white and spices, pepper and cardamom.
It is particularly fresh in the mouth
and thirst-quenching, with a mild tannic perception
and harmonious. The aftertaste is pleasantly clean
and savory, captivating and carefree.
Because of its dynamic nature, the Etna Rosso DOC Federico Graziani, lends itself to very broad pairings; excellent served chilled with turbot
Mediterranean-style and grilled tuna; also ideal with white meats such as rabbit and guinea fowl.
