The Pinot Blanc with its hints of apple, pear and citrus is distinguished by its lively acidity and pronounced freshness.
The Pinot Blanc cluster is dense and medium-sized. Harvesting takes place between the middle and end of September. After harvesting by hand, the Pinot Blanc grapes are transported to large acacia wood barrels where fermentation takes place. This is followed by a ten-month aging on coarse lees, again in the same barrels. After bottling, the Pinot Blanc is stored for 6 months at the winery so that it can mature and develop its aromas to the fullest.
