Fornelli is the name of the cru where the grapes come from. The name originates from ancient kilns where clay in the ground was fired to create amphorae in which wine was contained, jars where oil was contained, vases, ornamental dishes, building bricks, etc.

Vinification: Fermentation in a cement container in contact with the skins for a quarter of the fermentation.
Aging: Sur lies with batonnage in cement for 6 months.
Tasting Characteristics: Yellow in color with greenish highlights, the nose has floral hints of broom and chamomile, with aromas of pear, yellow melon and honey. Balanced acidity and persistent freshness on the palate, on the very long finish, with a distinct minerality.
Technical Notes:
Alcoholic strength: 13.50% vol.
Storage: Cool, dry environment, preferably in the dark, with bottles lying down.
Food pairing: Grilled fish, raw, white meats, fresh cheeses. Pleasant as an aperitif.
Consumption temperature: 12°-14°C
