Franciacorta Bellavista Rosè 2015 Astuccio Cl 75
Grace and determination, delicacy and strength are combined in this delicious and rare cuvée. The grapes used are chardonnay for about 60% and pinot noir. The selection of base wines is decisive as always, so much so that the final assembly is chosen from as many as 30 harvest selections, some of which mature in small white oak barrels. Aging in the cellar lasts no less than 4 years, starting from the harvest. The youthful pale pink shades, capable of evolving into precious ancient shades with aging in glass, are enveloped in a very white foam and a tight and persistent pérlage. The aromatic dances are opened by scents of white peach, followed and expanded by references of wild strawberries, wild flowers and toast. The sip is fleshy, dry, fresh but not sour, capable of harmonious and seductive vibrations reminiscent of blackcurrant and sweet almond
