Bellavista’s Satèn represents the first Italian experience (1984) aimed at enhancing the character of a wine that can exalt and fully interpret an ideal inspired by sensuality, elegance and seduction. The grapes that make up this Cuvée come only from high hillside vineyards located in the heart of the best morning-facing exposures. An encounter between the ancient tradition of “blanc del blanc” and the most elegant and delicate soul of the land of Franciacorta. A thought that materializes in the effervescence of fine, harmonious bubbles. In rare vintages, a storm of stars at dawn. A mystery that still surprises us when vintage and harvest offer those valuable traits that make us present a particular vocation of Chardonnay grapes to the composition of this extraordinary type of Franciacorta. Each time this little miracle happens, we put all care and dedication into selecting the grapes, maturing them in small white oak barrels and finally blending them to highlight their admirable finesse and gentle elegance. As with any rarity, Satèn is produced in extremely limited quantities. The grapes used are 100% Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES Bellavista Satèn greets us with abundant, creamy mousse distinguished by a perfect, continuous crown. Its perlage is very fine and persistent, and the vibrant pearl necklaces are well present, subtle and well distributed. The color is straw yellow with slightly golden highlights. Intense and persuasive scent that opens into a complex and suave bouquet of peach blossoms, citrus, honey and hazelnuts. Its flavor advances suave and gives us sensations of gentleness and grace: the eternal feminine that looms elegant, refined, soft and inviting. The freshness that emphasizes the perfect ripeness of the fruit is fully manifested in its natural balance.
