Is the most prestigious Franciacorta of
Monte Rossa.
It was born from the research, begun in 1985, of a more careful selection of cru from the Monte Rossa hillside and a new winemaking system that introduced barriques for the first fermentation of the must. The results were such that the resulting wine stood out among the company’s labels. Cabochon Brut is composed of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Maturation in contact with yeasts lasts more than 40 months. It is a harmonious, elegant and very persistent wine with a complex and well-defined personality that makes it unmistakable.
