Vinified almost for fun, out of curiosity, and with the same principle made to taste to some customers who went to visit the winery.
The response was so positive that it convinced them to bottle this wine with the complicated South Tyrolean name, Goldenmuskateller.
It has a pleasant straw yellow color, not too intense and with the unmistakable aroma of muscat grapes

AREA OF PRODUCTION
Moscato Giallo vines are grown by Guyot in plots located at an altitude between 400 and 450 meters with a south/southwest and west exposure. The soils are a mixture of sand and clay.
METHOD OF WINEMAKING
After a very short maceration to promote aromatic extraction, the crushed (destemmed grapes) is pressed. Then the must is fermented at a controlled temperature. Before bottling, the wine spends about five months on the lees in steel tanks to enhance its aromatic potential.
WINE DESCRIPTION
Moscato, vinified dry, has a slightly muted yellow-gold color. It is a fine and aromatic wine. At first, notes of citrus, white peach, lemon balm and elderberry are perceived, joined by nuances of nutmeg and sweet spices. Strong acidity and discreet mineral structure give this wine excellent freshness and pleasantness.
PAIRING
The wine lends itself beautifully as an aperitif or as a simple pairing with light, aromatic and spicy appetizers
