Varieties: 35%Nebbiolo, 35% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyards: mainly the Pajorè vineyard in Treiso and some vineyards in Barbaresco and Serralunga
Vinification: the three varieties ferment separately for three weeks. After malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine is blended and aged in wood for 12 months.
Characteristics: Sito Moresco combines the complexity and longevity of Nebbiolo with the body of Cabernet sauvignon and Merlot.
The wine has a fine and rich aroma of small red fruits. The palate is fruity, elegant and harmonious.
Fresh finish with silky tannins that make it suitable for ready consumption.
It maintains excellent drinkability over time.
