50% from 2019 and 50% from the perpetual reserve started in 1970.

VINIFICATION:

Manual harvest with sorting. Traditional Coquard press. Parcel vinification in thermoregulated enameled steel vats. Reserve wine stored in oak barrels and concrete vats. Malolactic fermentation not desired.
TASTING:

Ripe and fragrant, its expressive bouquet releases splendid aromas of baked apple, enriched by notes of vanilla. On the palate, the attack is full of finesse with much fruit fullness. And in the finale, superb freshness.
PAIRINGS: Champagne Expression for aperitifs or with seafood puff pastry appetizers or braised sweetbreads.
