Alcohol content: 45 % Alc/Vol.
Production: the gin undergoes four distillation processes in 100-year-old stills according to the traditional English system. The selection of botanicals used includes Buddha’s hand in particular and tangerine, lemon, sweet orange and almond, among others.
Tasting notes: intense and delicate aromas predominate with citrus notes of Buddha’s hand and sweet orange followed by spicy notes, particularly of juniper and cardamom, wrapped in a floral finish of orange blossom.
Tasting tips: as the protagonist of the classic Gin Tonic, it turns out to be an exquisite and delicate gin, clearly expressing the delicate aromatic notes of botanicals, with the prevalence of citrus fruits, especially Buddha’s Hand, the addition of some peel of which is recommended. It is also exquisite with new versions of Gin Tonic that include, for example, juniper berries or licorice.
