Produced in small batches of just 450 liters at a time in Scotland, Hendrick’s Gin makes use of two very special ingredients: rose petals and cucumber, two flavors that come together in a perfect and surprising marriage. Hendrick’s is handcrafted in small batches of just 450 liters at a time, using two unique copper stills with a unique history: a Carter Head, of which only a few examples exist, and a small 1864 Bennet Still discontinuous still. It took 11 years and a great many experiments from plants, seeds, roots and fruits to arrive at theadefinitive formulation. The end result is achieved with a unique recipe that makes use of 11 botanical species, some classic and some absolutely extravagant for the category: from yarrow to coriander,from juniper to cubebe berries, elderflower, orange and lemon peel, angelica and iris root, with a final infusion of damask rose petals and cucumber. Today Hendrick’s Gin is the most loved and sought-after gin in bars all over the world.
