OdeV Italian Gin “Black” is a Dry Gin of vinous origin (made by distilling partially fermented wine). As we have already done with vodka, with gin we also pursue the idea of “MEDITERRANEAN DISTILLATE.” The Mediterranean means sunshine. Sunshine means roundness, smoothness, complexity, explosive aromas. It is this idea that we pursued trying to get to the point of determining the recipe of the botanicals that characterize “Black” and “White.” Black is a very fragrant, complex and elegant gin, quite smooth, but less smooth than the “White” variant due to a lower presence of vanilla bean, the absence of fig and a slight smokiness of rosemary. In short, a “super gin” capable of making a gin and tonic such an enjoyable and satisfying experience that it is an alternative to wine.
