Tanqueray No. Ten takes its name from ‘Tiny Ten,’ the nickname for the small copper still where each drop of Tanqueray is made.
The only gin made with only citrus fruits including white grapefruit, lime, orange and, along with juniper, coriander, and a hint of chamomile flowers, No. Ten has a unique, full-bodied character and a citrus undertone.
It is this combination of body and fresh flavor that has made it the distillate always chosen by bartenders. And not only do these bartenders applaud No. TEN.
At the time of its launch, this gin was crowned ‘Best White Spirit “three times in a row at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, at which point it was withdrawn from the competition and inducted into the Hall of Fame, the only white spirit.
