Heading towards the northern slopes of Missouri’s Ozark Mountains, they found slow-growing American white oaks with particularly porous structures that invite greater synergy between wood and spirit while enhancing the creamy character of Grand Vintage Malt showing a supreme creaminess of wood, intertwined with a deep concentration of the fruity and floral influences of the distillate.

Aroma
Fresh and fragrant, the Grand Vintage 1996 looks like a bouquet of roses with hints of carnations and jasmine, with a spicy hint of coriander. Followed by mandarin and pear, enhanced by a fruity and candied sweetness.
A splash of water reveals more carnations, scents of geraniums and delicate, buttery vanilla.
Taste
