Description: Graci Etna Bianco DOC 2022 embodies the authenticity and elegance of the Etnean territory. Grown exclusively from indigenous grape varieties-Carricante and Catarratto-this wine reflects a respect for tradition and the peculiarities of the vintage.
The grapes come from vineyards located in Passopisciaro, on the northern slope of Etna, at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level, on mineral-rich volcanic soils. Cultivation is certified organic, with limited yields to ensure maximum quality.
After slow pressing of the grapes, vinification takes place in cement tanks, without the use of selected yeasts, thus preserving the authenticity and complexity of the fruit. Aging in cement tanks on the lees for eight months gives the wine structure and depth.
Tasting Notes: Graci Etna Bianco DOC 2022 shows a bright and inviting color. The nose opens with notes of white fruit and citrus, accompanied by floral and mineral nuances. In the mouth, it reveals a vibrant freshness, a balanced structure and a lingering finish, making it an ideal companion for fresh fish dishes, aged cheeses and Sicilian cuisine appetizers.
