Grappa Berta Bric del Gaian
is made from Moscato pomace selected from the best producers in typical production areas and distilled by the traditional discontinuous method in copper flavor boilers. Once distilled, it is aged 8 years in woods of different essences with different toastings. It expresses a complex, delicate, enveloping fragrance with great personality. Prominent among the many sensations felt are clary sage, small berries, grapefruit, and vanilla. The flavor is rich and enveloping. It has a silky texture that lingers very long in the mouth.
