Grappa Evo Jewel Box is a pomace distillate that, by law, is classified as a “riserva” because it rests for more than 18 months in wooden barrels, including barriques of different types of wood such as chestnut, cherry and beech, with no obligation to be first cycle. The particularity of this grappa lies in the individual contribution of each type of wood, giving the product a specific characterization. No added coloring; the natural hue is the result of barrel aging. Evo grappa is produced using new techniques that minimize the content of essential oils, promoting drinkability and increasing digestibility. It also meets the legal limits for methyl alcohol content.
