The uniqueness of
grappa EVO SMOKE
consists in having “married” the strong personality of vegetable peat smoke (smoking prior to distillation) with the softness of Cherry. FUMO is a blend and thus the result of an assemblage of several eaux-de-vie, made from marcs of different types and different vintages. Each type individually gives a specific characteristic to the product. FUMO may show slight differences in color and organoleptic profile from batch to batch and given its originality may create slight sediment. This helps to further enhance its characteristics of absolute authenticity and craftsmanship.
