Natural aging in barriques and small barrels in the Nonino Cellars under seal and permanent surveillance by the Customs and Monopoly Agency. Bottled without dyes.
RAW MATERIAL: Precious selected pomace, fresh and soft harvested of Glera grapes from Prosecco, Schioppettino and Merlot.
ARTISAN DISTILLATION: Discontinuous, with the cutting of the heads and tails, in a steam copper alembic.
NATURAL AGING: 8 years in barriques and small barrels. 0% dyes.
ALCOHOL: 43% vol.
BOTTLING: Black glass bottle, hand-cut ‘diamond wheel’, silver chain.
TASTING: It should be served at room temperature in a large balloon-type glass.
TASTE: Elegant and sensual.
Fermentation In purity in anaerobic environment in stainless steel vats, immediately followed by distillation to avoid harmful secondary fermentations.
100% Discontinuous artisan distillation with the cutting of heads and tails, in particular exclusive copper steam stills renewed by Benito Nonino. The distillation takes place very slowly to allow the volatile components, responsible for the aromas, a correct evaporation and consequent condensation while keeping intact the precious organoleptic characteristics of the chosen grape variety.

In a wooden frame, in a wooden case with leather closure, in a decorated cardboard frame or in decorated cardboard with magnetic closure.
Tasting: it should be served at room temperature in a large balloon-type glass.
Before tasting, it must rest for a few minutes in the glass: oxygenating the aromas enhance, the nose-palate harmony is completed.
When and how to taste it: perfect in purity, they can also be paired with cheeses of great personality, foie gras, baked desserts, cream and chocolate. Ideal companions while reading or combined with a good cigar in a moment of relaxation. In summer try them on the rocks in a low tumbler.
