This special Grappa Riserva di Nebbiolo already matured, for a long period (more than 2 years), in oak wood was later elevated more than 24 months in barrels purchased in Portugal and previously used, to elevate the “Vintage Ports” of some of the most prestigious wineries. The special sojourn in port casks, already used in Whiskies, has been innovatively experimented by us on Grappa and with exceptional results from a quality point of view. The delicate and distinctive aroma and the unique, full, elegant flavor with fruity aftertaste are very reminiscent of that of the port already contained in these barrels.
