It is made from the pomace of different grapes, which gives the grappa elegance and structure. Aged in casks previously used for whisky production and sourced from the island of Islay, Scotland, it is characterized by smoky and peaty notes. Medium amber in color, resulting from the long stay in wood, it impresses the nose with intense dried fruit aromas and the palate with persuasive smoothness.
