Grappa Sibona Riserva in Whiskey Barrels Cl 50
This special Grappa Riserva already matured, for a long period (more than2 years), in oak wood was later elevated over 24 months in barrels purchased in the United States (Tennessee) and previously used, to elevate “Tennessee Whiskey” from one of the most prestigious distilleries.
The particular sojourn in Tennessee Whiskey barrels has been innovatively experimented by us on Grappa and with exceptional results from a quality point of view.
The intense aroma with malt notes and the refined, complex flavor with lingering aftertaste are very reminiscent of that of the Tennessee Whiskey already contained in these barrels.
