The grapes for Pinot Noir grow on a small moraine hill of glacial origin in Cornaiano. A well-ventilated vineyard at 435 to 500 meters above sea level brings out the unique appeal of our Pinot Noir: freshness and elegance, complemented by crisp tannins. The vineyard allows the grapes to ripen slowly and maintain proper acidity.
Through careful and natural winemaking we preserve the characteristic finesse of Pinot Noir. It ages for 12 months in used barrels, followed by several months in the bottle, until its origins are unmistakably transferred to its taste: slightly acidic soils and a special microclimate, with large temperature differences between day and night during maturation.
