An authentic Marsala, with a bright yellow color with bright golden tones. Pleasant vanilla notes with hints of hay. Clear notes of dried fruit and in alcohol, toasted almonds, and orange peel. The taste is full, dry, warm and smooth with a perfect
correspondence of the scented sensations to the nose, great freshness and flavor. An elegant, structured and persistent wine.
To be served as a fresh aperitif (8 ° / 10 °) to combine with smoked fish with spices, excellent with mackerel dishes. Conversation wine (14 ° / 16 °), to be combined with aged cheeses of good persistence, dry sweets and dark chocolate, but
exceptional even on its own. Recommended to be served in a tulip-shaped glass of medium size.
