A modern and youthful Marsala born with the Heritage project, where the use of woods and the selection of grapes makes the difference.
Brilliant, with an antique golden yellow color with golden reflections. Elegant complex and refined, with sweet, fruity and spicy notes: peach in syrup, apricot and candied orange, dried figs, vanilla and cinnamon. Pleasant toasted notes of good distinction of almonds
and hazelnuts. Delicately sweet, fresh and savory to the taste, it remains warm and enveloping, with a good balance, excellent pleasantness and good persistence.
It is a versatile wine, which lends itself to numerous combinations. Served cool 8 ° / 10 ° it is fascinating with semi-hard cheeses accompanied by honey and jams. Served at 14 ° / 16 °, it prefers pairing with desserts, Swiss pastries, sweets made with chocolate and almonds, pandoro. Excellent to serve alone at the end of a meal. A tulip-shaped glass of medium size is recommended.
