Inama Vulcaia Sauvignon Del Veneto IGT 2022
Vulcaia
With Vulcaia, Inama Vini’s idea was to introduce the Soave area, not yet through its Classico wine, but with an interpretation of Sauvignon, which, grown on volcanic soil, had given rise to an entirely new version of the French variety. with fragrances and aromas that are difficult to relate to typical varietal notes. Proof that it is the territory, with its characteristics, that dominates the grape variety and not vice versa.

Vinification and Aging
Once in the winery, the clusters are destemmed and processed according to a “nonreducing” technique, that is, without any addition of SO2: the indigenous microflora thus has a chance to develop and characterize the must. The 1-3 hours of pellicular maceration of the grapes optimizes this process. After a 24-hour static decantation, the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. The wine is then subjected to aging before bottling.
