Jacquart Champagne Brut Mosaique
Formed in 1964 by the alliance of three independent winemakers’ unions, Jacquart now represents one of the largest supply superfices in all of Champagne, with vineyard parcels present in all of the region’s most celebrated harvest areas. The company focuses on Chardonnay to make blends and makes aging its wines the key to a unique and contemporary style: fresh, full and well defined. Jacquart Champagnes are suitable for connoisseurs of this French excellence but also for every festive and convivial occasion.
With its 1,800 winegrowing members cultivating 2,400 hectares of vineyards, with a high presence of Premier and Grand Cru, Jacquart represents one of the most extensive in Champagne, spread over four zones: from the Montagne de Reims to the Vallée de la Marne, from the Côte des Blanc to the Côte des Bar. In only half a century, the Maison has become a reference among brands in the industry for its contemporary style, which plays with minerality and, above all, with the freshness of chardonnay, because the Maison is very young-it is not a company with the weight of history on its shoulders-and this allows it to experiment.
They use only steel for aging, for a clean, fresh taste and contemporary elegance.
They vinified 150 wines separately and aged them separately; all underwent malolactic fermentation.
Immediate pleasantness, fresh style, lightness, not too much structure, and an aromatic-flavor consistency-this is the goal.
