Jefferson’s Bourbon Reserve
Jefferson’s Reserve is a mix of bourbons aged 6 to 20 years made with a mashbill composed of 60 percent corn, 30 percent rye and 10 percent malted barley.
The nose is fresh with notes of roasted corn, caramel and oak. The palate is soft, sweet and full-bodied, with notes of caramel, vanilla, roasted grains and hints of spice. The finish is short-lived, with notes of vanilla, oak and hints of corn.
The oldest and most robust bourbon whiskey in the Jefferson family, Bourbon Reserve is a perfect example of the artistry of blending. This small blend of mature bourbons shows incredible nuance and complexity of flavors . The end result is a sophisticated bourbon with a bold, consistent palate and a long, delicious finish. It is robust enough to satisfy even the most discerning palates and smooth enough for whiskey novices.
