Jefferson’s bourbon small batch is aged 6 to 10 years, with a mashbill composed of 60 percent corn, 30 percent rye and 10 percent malted barley.
The nose is fresh with spicy notes of oak, vanilla, caramel and hints of smoke. The palate is smooth with notes of caramel, vanilla, spices with hints of orange peel and honey. The short-lived finish with notes of vanilla custard and corn.
