Jermann Chardonnay has a bright straw color with greenish highlights, intense aroma, fruity (when young banana – ripe golden), slightly aromatic, has excellent persistence. Such wine brings out the natural aromas of the grape variety in a very noticeable way. It goes well with sautéed fish from the great and new cuisines, shellfish, and vegetable creams. Particularly happy recollection of pairing with a crusted monkfish soup.
