Pinot Grigio from pinot grigio grapes vinified partially in white. It has a deep straw color with slight antique pink hue. It is intensely fragrant, broad and fruity, with excellent persistence. The flavor is dry, smooth, particularly harmonious because of the full body. It goes well with fish soups, grilled seafood, and various preparations made with prataioli and porcini mushrooms. Exceptional a marriage with lasagnette kneaded with squid ink and topped with shrimp sauce. (Daniele Cernilli)
