Intense, very persistent, pleasantly fruity aroma with distinct hint of melon. Dry, smooth, harmonious flavor with great persistence. It goes well with first courses of regional cuisine, sautèes and seafood soups, exhilarating the experience with pasta and beans Veneto style.
