Kelbi, a lush garden on a breezy plateau, is named after the Arab dynasty that made the land of Sicily arid. It is here that an elegant and aromatic white is born from Catarratto grapes.

TERROIR
Soil: structured, limestone-sandy type, belonging to the Mediterranean Red Lands; has a good balance of air and water in the soil, as well as a high water reserve.
Altimetry: 150m above sea level.
Climate: an area located in the Sicilian hinterland, it experiences large temperature ranges that are mitigated, however, in maximum temperatures by windiness.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Harvest time starting from the third decade of September. Vini cation in reduction with so ce pressing and subsequent long fermentation at low temperature. A n aging of 4 months in steel.
TASTING
Color: straw yellow tending to greenish. Nose: pleasant hints of violet, orange blossom and elderflower mingle with an intense lemon aroma. Taste: elegant and aromatic, with citrus notes
of lemon and grapefruit, accompanied by pleasant hints of almond.
PAIRINGS
Enhances shellfish dishes, raw and grilled fish. Serve at 8°-12°C.
