Kyoto Distillery is proud to partner with an independent Scotch whisky producer, Kilchoman Distillery, for an innovative collaboration with KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin.

Kilchoman Distillery is a small-scale, farm-based distillery located in Islay, Scotland. The distillery grows barley and has malt on site for its single malt whiskies.

Edition K is matured in American oak barrels previously used for Kilchoman’s single malt whiskies and is carefully monitored by the distillery team to ensure that the influence of smoke and peat are in perfect harmony with the original botanical blend.
