Koro Bitter Elixir
Alcoholic infusion of fresh red myrtle berries, wild and medicinal herbs and plants from Sardinia, water, sugar.
Infusion of a high amount of fresh Sardinian wild red myrtle berries, herbs, wild and medicinal plants for several months in beet molasses alcohol. Subsequent filtration and addition of a syrup consisting of water and sugar.
Maroon red, fairly dense.
Ethereal, balsamic, with clear hints of Mediterranean scrub, Helichrysum, Myrtle, Licorice, Anise.
Bitter, warm, enveloping and velvety, slight tannic aftertaste, very persistent. It leaves the palate clean and balanced.
