Beer with a slightly tart red fruit flavor complemented by subtle almond flavors. This beer brings out its maximum “fruitiness” when drunk chilled. With age the lambic will take over, this at the expense of the fruit component.

Blend of Lambic and sour cherries at a rate of 200 g per liter.

Beer with spicy red fruit flavor, subtle hints of almonds.
Kriek will present a maximum of “fruity” when tasted young. Age allows the Lambic to express itself fully, at the expense of the fruit.
