Kujira 31 YO Ryukyu Whisky Oloroso Sherry Finish
Distilled by Masahiro Shuzo, one of the oldest and largest distilleries in Okinawa, Japan. Kujira Ryukyu Whisky 31 years distilled from 100% Indica rice and crushed with “black koji,” a unique koji that could only be found in Okinawa. Aged in selected Sherry, Bourbon and White Oak barrels for more than 30 years before finishing in first-filled Oloroso barrels for 1 year to create more complexity on the texture. Limited offer, only 999 bottles globally. Unfiltered cold and uncolored.
