The Chardonnay-only grapes in this Franciacorta come from the best vineyards positioned toward Lake Iseo and benefit from its microclimate.
Pressing is done softly and fermentation in barrels gives the wine elegance, finesse and notes of vanilla. The straw color varies in hue according to vintage.
On the nose, hints of tropical fruit, acacia and linden. In the mouth, a pleasant silky feel.
Ideal pairings are delicate pasta dishes, fish and white meats.
