Azienda agrícola Lamoresca di Rizzo Filippo was established in 2000.
It covers a hilly area at an elevation above sea level of 430 meters and benefits from a typical Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean scrubland, where porcupines and hawks find their natural habitat as well as beneficial insects and bees.
The original small nucleus purchased in 2000 was enriched with more land, and today the farm covers a surface area of 25 hectares, and olive and prickly pear trees are cultivated there in addition to vines.
Its current size is ideal for an organic approach to cultivation and for personally following all production processes both in the winery and in the olive mill.
Starting with healthy, high-quality fruit obtained through the strict organic approach to cultivation, the products express the typicality of the area and encapsulate all its distinctive characteristics. The traditional approach to processing with an organic philosophy combined with modern technical knowledge contributes to an excellent result.
The healthy fruit and its rapid and exclusively mechanical processing guarantee a final product, whether wine or oil, of absolute value with organoleptic characteristics that not only reflect the territory but also express the uniqueness of the year of production.
