The crossbreeding created by Giancarlo between the three Vermouths Dry, White and Red centered on an Heir of Chiappone Armando Barbera d’Asti D.O.C.G with an addition of pure China Calissaja, has awakened a new level of Vermouth. In the beginning one appreciates the notes of Left-handedness, then lingers on a rich,deep and bitter red wine palate that gives the Chinato characteristics as a remarkable digestive/aperitif. Serve cold or warm.
