In 1985, when Dominique Lelarge took over part of the family farm, he decided to evolve his work toward a more sustainable approach. An awareness that arose as a result of the negative impact of chemical use on the environment and human beings. Dominique is already heading toward environmentally friendly viticulture by anticipating the adoption of sustainable farming practices.
