TERRITORY OF ORIGIN Province of Trapani, Marsala and Mazara del Vallo agro.
TERROIR Soil: medium-textured, sandy, slightly clayey Altimetry: a few meters above sea level Climate: Mediterranean, mild winters, limited rainfall, very hot and windy summer
VINIFICATION AND AGING Pellicular maceration for 10 hours, controlled fermentation and addition of neutral wine alcohol. Affi nishment of 6 months in tank and 2 in bottle.
TASTING Color: light amber. Aroma: aromatic, intense and fruity Taste: full and harmonious
PAIRINGS Dry desserts in general. Serve at 10°-12°C.
