Lillet Rouge Réserve Jean de Lillet 75 cl
Réserve Jean de Lillet is named after the family ancestor who settled in Podensac in 1680, the result of blending carefully selected AOC (Appellation d’origine contrôlée – protected designation of origin) wines with fruit macerations.
Its excellence derives from a gentle maturation in barrels of more than 12 months, during which the wine’s aromatic finesse blooms elegantly, while fruit macerations provide the roundness and freshness of their flavors. It improves with age and can be stored for 15-20 years.
Color: Dark ruby, evolving toward crimson
Taste: Very fruity, with an open nose of black and red currants and hints of vanilla
Lillet Reserve is slightly sweeter than the regular Lillet Rouge. Develops ripe, concentrated fruitiness and a very full, suave character.
