Louis Nicaise Brut Réserve
The maison was founded in the early 1920s by Lucien Nicaise. After Louis and Régis, it is now the fourth generation, Laure and her husband Clément, who take care of the 10-hectare vineyard, exclusively in the terroir of Hautvillers, classified Premier Cru and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Composition:
- Pinot Noir: 30%.
- Pinot Meunier: 30%.
- Chardonnay: 40%.
Production Process: Vinified on fine lees in small vats, Louis Nicaise Brut Réserve is composed of 55% wines from the 2020 vintage and the remaining 45% from perpetual reserve. Aging is mainly in stainless steel (85%) and barrel (15%), with 20% without malolactic fermentation.
