Pinot Noir 30%, Pinot Meunier 30%, Chardonnay 40%.
Vinified on fine lees in small vats, 55% of 2020 vintage, 45% perpetual reserve; 85% stainless steel, 25% barrel; 20% no malolactic fermentation.
Great for aperitifs.
