VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
The grapes are gently pressed, and vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel, temperature-controlled tanks. Malolactic fermentation is not developed to preserve the wine’s freshness and youth.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
- Color: Straw yellow with greenish highlights
- Nose: Delicately flowery and fruity, with notes of citrus and exotic fruits
- Taste: Dry, fresh, long, with a slightly mineral aftertaste
IDEAL PAIRINGS
Served chilled, it is great as an aperitif. At the table it accompanies white meat and vegetable appetizers, grilled or baked fish, and fresh cheeses.

CONSERVATION
It is recommended to be consumed young, as early as the first few months of the year following the harvest. If stored properly, it retains its charm and vibrancy even up to 2 years after bottling.
