The unique aroma of Lurisia Chinotto comes from the Riviera Ligure di Ponente, where chinotto plants have been grown since the 1500s. In Savona today, there is a Slow Food Presidium to protect the precious citrus fruit that gives the drink its typical amber taste capable of releasing intense, juicy aromas.
